To care for your wig, gently wash it with wig-friendly shampoo, let it air dry, and store it on a wig stand when not in use. Avoid using heat on synthetic wigs unless they are heat-resistant.
Yes! Human hair wigs can be styled with heat tools, and you can have your wig cut or trimmed to your liking. Synthetic wigs can also be cut, but they require special care when it comes to heat styling.
The lifespan of your wig depends on how well it’s cared for. Human hair wigs can last up to a year or more with proper care, while synthetic wigs generally last 4 to 6 months with regular use.
Yes, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as long as the wig is in its original condition and packaging. Please check our return policy for more details.
Shipping
Our online store now offers free 3-5 day shipping for US domestic addresses only, regardless of what you order.
If you live in the US, we will deliver to you. Though, some delivery might take longer to get to you if you live in some places, but they will get there.
Shipping to some states inclusive of Alaska may take a bit longer. Expect about 5-16 days from the time of your order.
Please input your address, USPS will display the prices while trying to checkout before payment. Be rest assured there are priority service.
As soon as we receive your order, we will process it for shipment. All orders placed after 12 pm PT are processed the following day. Our courier will then pick it up from us and be on his way to bring the pieces to you. You will receive an email with tracking number as soon as it’s on its way.
Don’t worry! Sometimes, it takes a couple of days to update your shipment status. Email us at complaints@beruthieluxwigs.com and we will let you know where your package is.

Hypoallergenic Wig Caps: We recommend wearing a breathable, hypoallergenic wig cap underneath the wig. This creates a barrier between the wig and your scalp, reducing irritation or allergic reactions.
Material Choice: If you’re allergic to synthetic fibers, we suggest opting for a 100% human hair wig or wigs made from natural materials like bamboo fiber.
Wig Lining Options: Some wigs come with special linings designed to be gentle on sensitive skin. We offer a range of wigs with soft linings that help minimize irritation.
Patch Test: If you’re unsure, we recommend doing a patch test with the wig material on a small part of your skin before wearing it for an extended period.
Wig Care: Ensure your wig is regularly cleaned using mild, hypoallergenic shampoos and conditioners, as dirt or residue buildup can also cause irritation.

Returns & Exchanges
Absolutely, yes. Beruthie Hair ensures each product is finised with quality in mind, also during the time products are in transit, they are well packed to be delivered to you nealty maintaining its quality, beacuse we want to make sure you receive your products in good shape. Please note, we require that you sign for goods delivered that helps you check and review, and at that point you become responsible for the products.
We are a small business and while we pay for shipping, any additional customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will be charged to the customer.
We are confident that you will love and want to keep our products. Nevertheless, you have 30 days to return everything in your closet if not used. For further information, email us at complaints@beruthieluxwigs.com and we will sort it out for you.
Unless the products are damaged or defective, we will not be able to exchange these items. If you would like to order a piece in a different size or a different product altogether, we will process it as a return. Please email us at complaints@beruthieluxwigs.com so we can arrange it for you.
Billing
We accept Visa, Paypal, Stripe, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
Not to worry, it happens to the best of us. Check the following:
Check that your card is not expired.
Double check the accuracy of your credit card’s billing details; such as the billing address and the security code (i.e. what you’ve entered into the checkout details).
Call your credit card issuer – they might’ve have stopped this payment from going through.

At any time, you can view your order status on your My Account page. This page will be updated as soon as possible, at two different stages: first, when your credit card is charged and again when your product is shipped.
We only accept one promo code at a time, if available. We are sure that there will be other opportunities to use your promo code in the future.
